I am Kirsten, a nurse anesthetist (CRNA) and a consultant with Rodan and Fields, and my husband Zak, is a landscape architect. We met in college and have been loving life together ever since :). We have a son named Nolan, a great dane named Lillie and a dachador (lab/dachsund mix) named Layla.
This blog is a multi-purpose blog. It is a therapeutic blog for my recovery/maintenance with the chronic health condition, thoracic outlet syndrome. I hope that my successes and failures with the disease and surgery will be a help to someone else out there.
This blog is also a fun way to chronicle our diy projects in a brand new construction home. In our last new construction house we loved knowing that the water heater, plumbing etc were new and would not be requiring much maintenance but we were really missing the character of an older home. We discovered our niche of adding old home character to new construction homes. So here we are in our second home and time to start all over
This blog will also discuss our family as we strive to live a cleaner, healthier and more active “danegoodlife.” Thanks for joining us and we hope that you will join us in living a dangoodlife!
