This past weekend, my friend Kristen and I went to a vintage market for the opening of Joanna Gaines’ furniture line. Furniture, champagne, pie…sounded like something I could be down with.
The furniture was super cute but I wasn’t looking to buy right away, just always looking for that next danegoodfind! I was looking at a shelf and on the bottom sat this antique milk cart. My heart almost skipped a beat when I saw that it was from Dallas, PA! Zak and I got married there!
I tried calling him before I bought it to be sure he would be “ok” with another one of my finds 😉 but there was terrible cell service. I made an executive decision and bought it! (even thought I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do with it..oops).
The ladies at the store were excited about my find too! The owner had found several milk crates, but only one from Dallas, and that was the only one she decided to put out for the sale…meant to be!
The gentleman at the store was kind enough to carry it out for me because it is definitely over my weight limit after surgery. Zak was thrilled with my purchase. We plan to use it as a wine rack! (Don’t judge the lack of wine! If we have it in the house we want to drink it, and we are trying to be really clean to help manage my symptoms…it will be filled soon I promise!)
